Shipping policy

All orders ship from Iowa within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. We currently ship via USPS and/or UPS depending on size and location. Shipping is paid for by the customer unless otherwise stated. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked "delivered" by the carrier. Please file a claim directly with USPS or UPS if this occurs. Local pickup is available and must be selected at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
