Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from our boutique. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it better in a way that values bot your satisfaction and our small business. Please review the policy below, and feel free to reach out with any questions. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within a few days so we can fix the issue promptly.
Return Window - 30 Days from Purchase
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase (or delivery). If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer a return. This gives you ample time to decide if the item is right for you while keeping our timelines clear.
Store Credit or Exchange Only (No Refunds)
As a small boutique, we offer store credit or item exchanges for returns - we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Your return will be processed as a store credit gift card (which never expires and can be used online or in-person) or we'll exchange the item for another size/style, subject to availability. This policy allows us to continue offering unique products and personalized service to all our customers.
Condition of Items - Unworn & With Tags
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in its original condition. This means items should be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached (and in original packaging, if applicable). We kindly ask that you try on clothing without removing tags and avoid wearing items out until you're sure you love them. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, odors, and damage will not be accepted for return, as we must keep our inventory in pristine condition for all customers. We reserve the right to decline a return if an item doesn't meet these requirements.
Final Sale Items - No Returns or Exchanges
Sale items or anything marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Discounted clearance items are final. We're unable to offer returns on these deeply discounted products. This policy applies to special promotions, clearance sales, and items noted as final sale at the time of purchase. We appreciate your understanding that final sale items are yours to keep.
Purchase In-Person & Online
Our return policy applies to both online and in-person purchases. Whether you bought your item through our website or locally at a pop-up, the same 30-day timeframe and conditions outlined above will apply. For online orders, the 30-day period starts from the day your package is delivered. For local purchases, it starts from the purchase date on your receipt. If you need to return a shipped order, you can either bring it back in-person or mail it back. Just contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
Please Note:
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable (we'll cover shipping only if we made an error with your order). Sore credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item, and we'll notify you as soon as your credit or exchange is processed. We strive to process returns quickly (typically within a week of receipt) so you can find something else you love!
